BIO

Robert L. Moshman is the owner and founder of this law office which is locate in West Milford, New Jersey, but which serves many surrounding towns as well as the greater North Jersey area.  Prior to opening this law office, he was the owner of a company operating as Kennedy Sinclaire, Inc., which published newsletters and brochures for banks and trust departments to distribute to a national audience of attorneys, accountants and other financial professionals. As a result, Mr. Moshman has written over 1,000 articles on financial topics for more than 30 years with special emphasis on estate planning. Hundreds of monthly issues of The Estate Analyst newsletter can be found online.  Since the founding this firm, Mr. Moshman has provided the best possible legal services to the residents of West Milford and the surrounding towns.  Though he has operated a general law practice, his focus remains on real estate, estates and litigation.
